One Day Focus on Labor and Birth

$50 per couple

Includes information on labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, medical options, unexpected outcomes, postpartum care, and a tour of the Birthing Inn. Minimal time is spent on breathing and relaxation techniques. DOES NOT include information on baby care. 

Please note: this class is LONG!! Mom must be capable of sitting through a seven hour class.  If that is not possible, another class format may be best.
