Includes information on labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, medical options, unexpected outcomes, postpartum care, baby care, and a tour of the Birthing Inn.
Best option for mothers who desire more detailed information on breathing and relaxation techniques for childbirth as well as exploring medical options available.
