Two New Physicians at Gurnee Clinic
United Hospital System is pleased to announce the addition of two new physicians at the United Hospital System Physician Clinic, Dr. Jason Johnson and Dr. Moriah Bang.
Dr. Johnson, a Family Practice and Sports Medicine physician, went to Medical School at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital. “I enjoy taking care of both adults and children. There is something special about watching a whole family grow and change over time. I also feel my Sports Medicine background integrates well with Family Practice. Effectively managing musculoskeletal injuries and pain can help people to maintain active lifestyles and ultimately a better quality of life.”
Dr. Bang, a Family Practice physician, went to Medical School at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Lutheran General Hospital.
Dr. Johnson and Dr. Bang join Dr. Julie Shapiro at the United Hospital System Physician Clinic, located in Hawston Hall just off of Grand Avenue. The United Hospital System team will provide care for non-emergent medical conditions including pediatric and adult, treating fevers or colds, flu symptoms, work-related injuries or illnesses, cuts, sprains, and other minor injuries and infections.
United Hospital System is a comprehensive regional healthcare system that has served southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois communities for more than 100 years.
