United’s Rehabilitation Services is Kenosha’s most comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation program. Staffed with an outstanding team that includes audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists and athletic trainers, our rehabilitation program is the best choice for a continuum of rehabilitation services for individuals of all ages.

We work with your personal physician to treat multiple diagnoses including sprains, tendonitis, carpel tunnel syndrome, hearing loss, developmental delays, and balance disorders, and more.
