Diabetic Education

The primary goal for the Diabetic Clinic is to educate and support patients with diabetes especially in the areas of:

  • Self-Management
  • Meal Planning
  • Exercise
  • Medications
  • Diabetes-related Problems
  • Blood Sugar
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood Pressure

Our clinic offers several programs for patients that have diabetes. These programs are designed to help patients understand diabetes. Patients have the opportunity to pick from the following programs:

  • Type 1 Diabetes
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Gestational Diabetes
  • Pregnancy and Diabetes
  • Insulin Pump Program

You can rely on the experienced professionals of our Diabetes Clinic. The clinic has an excellent team that is specially trained and nationally recognized by the American Diabetes Association as an educational training program. The team includes:

We provide complete evaluation and treatment for all diabetic conditions and its complications for patients of any age. Our specialists work closely with the family physician and send full reports after each visit.
