The above estimated costs for your care will vary depending upon your health insurance plan, deductibles and co-pays of that plan and the payments that you have made, to date, for your current plan year.  Understanding the cost of your healthcare is extremely important to us, we invite you to call (262) 656-2176 or (262) 656-2177 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to arrange a meeting with one of our financial counselors prior to your next appointment to enable you to best estimate the probable cost of your care.

United Hospital System wants to ensure that patients receive the full benefits of their insurance coverage as well as consideration under our discount programs.  If you are not able to pay the amount you owe in full, you may contact us regarding applying for financial assistance or to be set up on a payment plan bill, you may receive a separate bill for physician or other professional service providers involved in your care..
